课程目标：高中英语课程总目标是使学生在义务教育阶段英语学习的基础上，进一步明确英语学习的目的，发展自主学习的能力；形成有效的英语学习策略；培养学生的综合语言运用能力。根据高中学生认知能力发展的特点和学业发展的需求，高中英语课程应强调在进一步发展学生综合语言运用能力的基础上，着重提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力，特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力；进一步拓宽国际视野，增强爱国主义精神和民族使命感，形成健全的情感、态度、价值观，为未来发展和终身学习奠定良好的基础。因此，高中英语教学要鼓励学生通过积极尝试、自我探究、自我发现和主动实践等学习方式，形成具有高中生特点的英语学习的过程与方法。根据英语课程标准，我设计此课的教学计划如下：

-- In 1986 , the youngest prize winner in Moscow’s Tchaikovsky International Competition .

-- many more awards in competitions across the world .

Conclusion : He is a world – famous pianist .

Q 3 :  How can he make so great achievements ?

-- lived with music from birth .

-- would practise on the paper piano as early as 5 years old .

-- Though made to practise so much ……, he didn’t quit .

Conclusion : He had a difficult time but never gave up / quit . .

Part 2 : Something about Kong’s “experiment ”
